Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup sun butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Measure out your ingredients* and combine into a medium-sized bowl. 
  • Mix all four ingredients together and then place the bowl into the refrigerator.
  • Chill mixture for 15 minutes or until slightly firm. 
  • Remove from refrigerator and make into bite-sized balls. 
    I used a cookie scoop so I would have a uniform shape and consistent size. 
  • Place each bite onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes. 
  • Once firm, you are free to snack!
    Place any leftovers in a container and store in the refrigerator.

Notes

*Quick tip: spray your measuring cup lightly with cooking spray before measuring out the sun butter and maple syrup or honey. This will make for an easier removal of these sticky ingredients.
