Measure out your ingredients* and combine into a medium-sized bowl.
Mix all four ingredients together and then place the bowl into the refrigerator.
Chill mixture for 15 minutes or until slightly firm.
Remove from refrigerator and make into bite-sized balls. I used a cookie scoop so I would have a uniform shape and consistent size.
Place each bite onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
Once firm, you are free to snack! Place any leftovers in a container and store in the refrigerator.
Notes
*Quick tip: spray your measuring cup lightly with cooking spray before measuring out the sun butter and maple syrup or honey. This will make for an easier removal of these sticky ingredients.
