Ingredients

  • 1 banana, chopped and frozen
  • 1 tbsp sun butter
  • 1/8 tsp honey

Instructions

  • Place a frozen banana, sun butter and a small squirt of honey in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Place in an ice cube tray or small container and freeze.
  • If freezing in a small container, cut into bite sized cubes once frozen.
