Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp (25g) hot (boiling) water
  • 2 tbsp (10g) instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp (26g) sugar
  • 1 cup (248g) milk, cold any type of milk is ok (oat, soy, etc).
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • ice optional

Instructions

  • Place coffee and sugar into your mixing bowl. Add hot, boiling water.
  • Using the whip attachment, whip slowly until all ingredients start to combine together. Increase the speed to medium-high and whip until stiff peaks have formed.
  • Add milk and vanilla in a cup. If desired, add ice and stir together.
  • Add whipped coffee to the top of the milk. Stir slightly to incorporate into your drink and enjoy.
