Ingredients
1/2packagevanilla candy coating or candy wafers
1/2cupdried fruit, chopped into small piecesex: dried cranberries, blueberries, raisins
2tbspholiday sprinklesuse more or less, as desired
1/4cupmini or dehydrated marshmallows
Instructions
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside.
Place the vanilla candy coating or wafers into a microwave-safe bowl. Melt slowly in short bursts, about 30 seconds at a time, to prevent burning. Use a heat-resistant spatula to stir the melted candy coating, ensuring everything is evenly incorporated. Continue to microwave in 15-30 second increments, stirring until smooth and completely melted.
Once smooth, pour melted candy coating onto your cookie sheet. With your spatula, smooth the candy coating out.
Add the dried fruit, holiday sprinkles, marshmallows and any additional toppings to the top of the melted chocolate.
Allow the candy to harden for about 30 minutes. You can speed up the process by placing the cookie sheet into the refrigerator.
Once the candy has set, break it into smaller pieces. Package into a cute box for gift giving or store in a covered container.
